· PQE conduct DFMEA/control plan, work instructions.
· All new products must pass internal testing procedures before being recommended to the market.
1.New Product Development Quality Control
· IQC: Sample inspection based on drawings, sealed samples, and standards.
· IPQC: First-piece inspection and subsequent inspections every 2 hours in accordance with SOP, SIP, and inspection standards.
· FQC/OQC: Samp inspection based on product/order requirements, and inspection standards.
· Only the shipments that pass our internal inspection can be arranged for customer inspection or shipment.
2.Mass Production Quality Control
· For any after-sales complaints, we have a team that works together to investigate the root cause and take corrective action.
